This will depend on which service has been purchased. We do provide a 14 day support for newly launched wesbites. This is to ensure that operations are running smoothly without errors. Please note that this does not include changes to the website. If you require updates to the website, we do offer a monthly maintenance fee.

Standard: Includes everything in Basic, with bi-weekly uploads and edits.
Dedicated: Includes everything in Standard, along with 24-hour support. (Suited for online stores)
